6 years of us — A story of family, legacy, and rebirth
Tonight, Arlette & Maria are celebrating their 6th anniversary.
And as I write these lines, I realize how much these six years have been a true family saga.
For five years, the adventure was called Atelier Sorelline.
A name that already carried the essence of who we were: two sisters, Ornella and me, united by the same passion. We learned everything together, built everything together, putting our hands, our ideas, our dreams at the service of a gentler, fairer, more authentic fashion.
Atelier Sorelline was our first chapter. The one where we learn, where we sometimes make mistakes, but where we always move forward, hand in hand.
And then this year came along.
A year of transition, of breathing, of intuition too.
A year in which I felt the need to return to my roots, to write a new page while keeping in my heart everything we had built together.
This is how Arlette & Mariawas born, a name inspired by our two grandmothers. Two women who passed on to us simple elegance, a taste for detail, quiet strength and the idea that dressing is a form of self-expression, almost a family language.
Arlette & Maria, it's a continuity.
It’s Atelier Sorelline that’s growing.
It's a family story that is asserting itself.
And to celebrate these 6 years, I wanted to return to where it all began: Paris.
The town of Grandma Arlette, the town of my childhood memories, the town that never ceases to inspire me.
This is where we conceived and shot our new collection.
A collection that tells the story of roots, transmissions, and the invisible but powerful links that shape us.
This evening at 8pm, this collection comes to life on the website.
Pieces conceived with the heart, designed as a tribute to these six years, to the energy shared with Ornella, to our grandmothers, and to you – those who follow us, support us, and are part of this adventure.
